The Crop Circle Research Archive (CCRA) website, launched this summer by main archivist Barry Reynolds and Andy, is planned to become one of the world’s largest databases of circle information, preserving the data and findings of many researchers, along with their own work. It is still early days, but some major new articles and features have recently been added.
These include all of Andy’s annual crop circle round-ups (originally written for Nexus Magazine), telling the ongoing story of the phenomenon’s development year by year since he began compiling them in 1999, recording the formations themselves and the stories around them. Find all of these articles, up to 2024, on the ‘Chronology’ page.
Other new additions include:
- Crop circle distribution maps, showing their placements over the years
- Barry’s remarkable analyses of circle positionings
- Barry’s compilations of circles visible on Google Earth images
- A Who’s-Who list of all major circle researchers
- Many circle journals and publications, some now preserved digitally for the first time
