Glastonbury Symposium – glowing feedback!

In July Andy headed down to Glastonbury to co-host the Glastonbury Symposium ‘Expand Your Horizons’ event and also to give a presentation there on the crucial freedom themes of his book The New Heretics. The event went very well…

Between 22-24 July 2022, the Glastonbury Symposium astonishingly held its 30th in-person gathering (and its 32nd in all) to share three days of truth, mysteries and expanding horizons with remarkable speakers on a variety of meaningful and crucial topics.

Many of those who attended are still coming down from this highly successful revival of the event, for which Andy is co-MC and organiser. [Andy’s own presentation is pictured here.]

A large number of attendees felt that it was one of the very best of Glastonbury Symposiums. With free expression of ‘alternative’ matters under constant threat, its role becomes ever more important. Here is just some of the remarkable feedback the event has received:

‘WOW, WOW and WOW again!!! Fabulous. Huge success. Amazing’ / ‘Thank you for organizing an absolutely thrilling and very educative (even somewhat overwhelming) Symposium’ / ‘I’ve been to so many conferences over the last 10 years and nothing has come near; I had high expectations but those expectations were blown out of the water’ / ‘What a great Symposium and so well executed; a great job with great content’ / ‘A wonderful packed schedule of interesting talks and a lovely venue. I was particularly taken by the eclectic mix and open-minded views freely expressed’ / ‘I just wanted to thank you for putting together such a fantastic Symposium – has to have been one of the best. The speakers were of such a high calibre’ /‘Thanks for creating such a powerful event’

Longer comments can be found in this report.

The Symposium will be back 28-30 July 2023, so there’s plenty of time to start planning for next year!
